光电工程学院生物医学光子学研究中心纳米生物光子学研究室主要开展光与纳米光学结构作用规律研究,从光强、寿命、光谱三个信息维度获取纳米增强的光学影像。并利用光学显微成像平台开展面向精准化纳米医疗和光器件物理机制分析的双链条应用研究。最近,团队在纳米探针制备、纳米显微成像应用、太阳能器件制备及物理机制研究等方面取得一系列重要科研成果。 在纳米探针制备研究方面,团队对染料敏化上转发发光制备及工作机制做了深入研究;提出了空气氛围下钙钛矿纳米晶便捷式制备策略;首次液相剥离法成功制备了具有优异光学特性的锑烯二维材料。 在钙钛矿太阳能电池技术研究方面,该团队提出了仲丁醇辅助的一步法钙钛矿成膜工艺,成功制备了转换效率高达20.3%的高品质钙钛矿太阳能电池器件,并利用团队在光学显微成像领域的技术积累,成功实现了利用荧光显微成像对器件界面晶粒分布的精准监控,以及基于荧光寿命成像(FLIM)对载流子迁移情况的图像化分析,这些工作为在物理层面上深入研究光电器件的工作机制打开了新的窗口。 在生物医学应用方面,该团队在国际上首次利用一种新型的CsPbBr3钙钛矿量子点作为超分辨成像探针,获得了接近20 nm的超高空间分辨率,将传统光学显微镜的分辨率(~200 nm)提高了近10倍左右;基于光学显微成像面向精准化纳米医疗开展了广泛深入的研究。 课题组在今年前八个月在该研究方向发表的高水平论文如下(按发表时间倒序排列): [1] Xin Wang, Jun Song*, and Junle Qu, “Antimonene: from experimental preparation to practical application,” Angewandte Chemie International Edition, https://doi.org/10.1002/anie.201808302 .
